2. Mission Statement

McCary Stevens Associates, Inc. is a multifaceted commercial real estate finance and consulting firm servicing the needs of corporations, financial institutions, law firms, and individuals who are doing business in the United States. Through our in-house consortium of professionals, we aim to satisfy the commercial real estate finance needs of our broad base of clients.

We provide commercial real estate finance origination, underwriting, and re-underwriting services to our institutional clients. Our work is prepared in conformance with a code of ethics adopted by the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR), and our practices are conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the states where the properties are located.

To maintain a reputation as a firm characterized by its high degree of professionalism and quality.
To gradually expand the volume of work and our client base consistent with our ability to produce services in a timely and professional manner.
